Objective: Provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy: Invests at least 80% of assets in companies whose market capitalization falls within the range of the companies in the S&P Mid Cap 400 index or the Russell Mid Cap Value index. While the fund invests most assets in U.S. common stocks, it may also purchase other securities in foreign stocks, futures, and options.
